Guy Fieri has inked a new, three-year exclusive deal

The new deal will see Fieri, who debuted on U.S. TVs back in 2006 by winning the second season of nascent reality competition The Next Food Network Star, approach the 20-year mark on the channel. His long tenure on the network has seen him launch some if its most popular programs, including Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives (33 seasons and counting), Guy’s Grocery Games and 2020 launch Tournament of Champions — which lured over 12 million viewers to its first season.

“Guy Fieri infuses his unmatched energy and passion into every show he makes,” said Food Network president Courtney White. “He is truly one-of-a-kind, adored globally for his own love of food and his deep appreciation for the people behind the restaurant scenes. I am beyond thrilled to be able to continue this extraordinary, creative partnership.”

On camera, Fieri is among the biggest content generators in the TV industry and easily the most prolific Food Network personality. During the pandemic, he was among the first to film remotely — banking tweaked “takeout” and “delivery” seasons of longtime hits Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and Guy’s Grocery Games — and reconfiguring Tournament of Champions for safe production. He also executive produced and co-directed Restaurant Hustle 2020: All on the Line, a documentary film to help raise awareness of how much the pandemic has devastated the service industries.

“Food Network is my home and I’m stoked to continue the partnership with the entire Discovery family,” said Fieri.  “The world of food is the ultimate unifier so having a global platform to share real-life stories of some of the most deserving chefs, restauranteurs, home cooks, entrepreneurs and anyone who just loves a good meal is an incredible opportunity. I can’t wait for everyone to see what we’re cookin’ up next.”

Outside of Fieri’s oversized commitment to Food Network, he is also a marquee personality in the parent company’s recently-launched platform Discovery+. Hundreds and hundreds of hours of Fieri programming populate the young streaming service. With this new deal, Fieri will continue to take an active role in the development and production of his own series through his Knuckle Sandwich production banner, partnering with the network and producers from his long-running series.

Fieri is repped by WME.
