Saginaw Rail Trail UFO

MacKenzie (who has been filling in for Rachel while she has been out) caught what she thought was a UFO on the Saginaw Rail Trail near Miller Rd. After watching it, I can say it definitely is not a UFO because it is not flying, but it is strange. Can anyone let us know what this is?
